'Vimaanam' shoot progressing

The shooting of the movie ‘Vimaanam’ starring Prithviraj in the lead role is progressing. The movie written and directed by Pradeep M Nair is the story of a differently-abled man who aspires to make an ultra light aircraft by himself.

New face Durga Krishna and ‘Aanandam’ fame Anarkali Marikar are the heroines. Durga plays a village belle and Anarkkali does Gauri, a teenage girl, who does a pivotal role in the movie.

Apart from them, the film also features Lena, Praveena, Sudheer Karamana, Saiju Kurup, and Alancier in important roles.

The movie with the tagline “To fly was his dream… To love was his destiny” has a passionate yet innocent love story. Durga does Prithviraj’s love interest in the film.

‘Vimaanam’ is produced by Listin Stephen under the banner of Magic Frames. Gopi Sunder is the music director.
