'Thattathin Marayathu' to be remade in Telugu

According to reports, the musical-love story ‘Thattathin Marayathu’ which showcased a different and realistic facet of love is to be remade in Telugu. The blockbuster movie ‘Thattathin Marayathu’ directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan plots the love of Vinod Nair and Aysha who belong to Hinduism and Islam respectively.

The Telugu version will be directed by Sashi Kiran daughter of M S Narayana. This is Sashi Kiran’s debut directorial venture. New faces Dileep and Priya will play the lead roles done by Nivin Pauly and Isha Talwar in Malayalam.

Shaan Rehman will be the music director in the Telugu version too. Remya Nambisan and Sachin Varier will also be seen in important roles. Reports say that the movie has started rolling.
