Tamil 'Drishyam' to start by June

The Tamil remake of the blockbuster film ‘Drishyam’ will start rolling from June. Kamalahasan will do the lead role which Mohanlal played in the movie.

The Tamil version will be directed by Jeethu Joseph himself. The Tamil version will be almost similar to the Malayalm ‘Drishyam’ except some changes to suit the Tamil culture.

Earlier Rajanikanth and Vikram had expressed their interest to do the movie. But when they dropped out, Kamalahasan signed the project. It is reported that both Kamalahasan and Jeethu Joseph have postponed their other projects in order to shoot ‘Drishyam’ first.

The Tamil ‘Drishyam’ will be produced by Wide Angle Creations and Suresh Productions.
