Sribala the next woman director in Malayalam

In recent times Malayalam film industry has seen women directors like Anjali Menon and Revathi S Varma. Satyan Anthikkad’s associate Sribala also adds to this list. She has associated Satyan Anthikkad in many films including his latest ‘Oru Indian Pranayakatha’.

Sribala’s debut directorial venture casts Asif Ali, Sreenivasan and Suhasini in the lead roles. The movie is untitled. Sribala herself pens the story and script. Samir Thahir wields the camera.

Anjali Menon’s new film is ‘L For Love’. This is a love story starring Fahad, Dulquer, Nivin Pauly, Nitya Menon, Parvathy Menon, and Nazriya in the lead roles. Revathy is also planning for a new flick, the details of which are not published.
