‘Spadikam' gearing up for re-release, motion poster unveiled

One of the blockbuster films of actor Mohanlal’s career, ‘Spadikam’, is all set to re-release soon. The film’s director Bhadran revealed the motion poster of the film through his Facebook page, marking the 25th anniversary of the film’s release.

In his post, Bhadran remembers the movie’s actors like Thilakan, Sankaradi, Rajan P Dev and NF Varghese et.al, who are no more. He informed that the film will be reloaded using the latest modern technologies like 4K Dolby Atmos.

It is being re-released under the banner Geometrics Films House, formed by the director’s friends.

The film earned the cult status as Mohanlal’s character in the film, Aadu Thoma, became immensely popular among the audience. The film is produced by R Mohan.

The film returns to the big screen following the popular demand from the cineastes. Songs are penned by P Bhaskaran and composed by SP Venkitesh. Cinematography is handled by J Williams.
