Santhosh Narayanan to compose music for 'How Old are You' Tamil remake

When the super hit movie ‘How Old are You’ marked the comeback of Manju Warier in Malayalam, the Tamil remake of the movie marks the return of Jyothika after a long period. Jyothika’s return after seven years is through the film which is produced by her husband Surya.

The songs of the Tamil movie are tuned by the famous young Tamil musician and music composer Santhosh Narayanan who has composed music for many movies including ‘Attakathi’, ‘Pizza’, Soodhu Kavvum’, ‘Jigarthanda’, and ‘Madras’.

Gopi Sunder scored music for the Malayalam ‘How Old are You’ which has two songs. Of which the song which begins “Vijanathayil…” sung by Shreya Ghoshal has entered the hit chart.

Rosshen Andrews who directed the Malayalam film is directing the Tamil version too. The script of the movie is penned by Bobby-Sanjay team.

While Kunchacko Boban played the male lead in Malayalam, Rehman plays the male lead in Tamil opposite Jyothika. The Tamil movie is produced by Surya’s production house 2 D Entertainments. The film is planned to be released next year.
