Salim Kumar's 'Karutha Joothan'

‘Karutha Joothan’ (Black Jew) directed by Salim Kumar revolves around a black Jew and his quest to find his lost identity. The story and screenplay are also written by Salim Kumar. The movie won the Kerala State Film Award for the Best Story.

Salim Kumar does the protagonist Aron Ilyahu, while Ramesh Pisharody and Babu Annoor play significant roles.

The movie is jointly produced by Salim Kumar and Madhavan Chettikkal. ‘Karutha Jootha’ is expected to hit the screens by April end.
