Salim Kumar announces his retirement

The movie buzz is that National Award winner Salim Kumar is planning for a retired life. He will quit films after 3 years. Salim Kumar himself has announced the news.

He says that he retires not because he is bored with films, but he has more things to do in life. He has to spend time as a son, husband, and father.

Salim Kumar who is known for his comedy roles has later seen in more serious and character roles. He has turned selective in his roles and says that he is happy with his acting career.

Meanwhile Salim Kumar has turned a producer too. He is now producing the movie ‘Moonam Naal Njayarazhcha’ directed by T A Razaq. The film has a socially relevant theme with Salim Kumar playing the lead role of Karumban.
