Rosshen Andrews to direct Jyothika

The super hit Malayalam movie ‘How Old are You?’ is being remade in Tamil. The Tamil version will be directed by Rosshen Andrews who has directed the Malayalam movie too.

‘How Old are You?’ scripted by Bobby and Sanjay is a women-centric movie which is about the journey of a woman to discover herself in a patriarchal society and how she finds her true self.

Jyothika makes a comeback through the Tamil movie. She will play Nirupama Rajeev, the role played by Manju Warier in Malayalam.

The remake rights of the movie are bought by Surya who will produce this movie under the banner of 2 D Entertainment. The movie will start its shoot from February.

The film will be remade in Hindi and Kannada also. Jyothika will play the female lead in the Kannada version too.

Rosshen Andrews’ upcoming Prithviraj project will go on floors from November. The untitled movie will be scripted by Bobby and Sanjay.
