Ranjith to direct Jayaram

Ranjith will direct Jayaram for the first time. Earlier Jayaram has acted in many movies scripted by Ranjith, but this is for the first time Jayaram becomes part of a movie to be directed by Ranjith.

The movie is expected to start rolling from next month. The untitled film will be produced by Ranjith under Gold Coin Motion Pictures.

‘Summer in Bethlehem’ and ‘Peruvannapurathe Visheshangal’ are some of the hit movies which were scripted by Ranjith for Jayaram.

Ranjith’s Dulquer Salman movie ‘Njan’ will hit theatres this week. ‘Njan’ is produced by Ranjith. After this Ranjith will start with the Jayaram project.

Ranjith has also announced a project with Mammootty, titled ‘Leela’. ‘Leela’ is the story of Unni R. This movie will also be produced by Ranjith himself.

Jayaram is now acting in Siby Malayil’s ‘Njangalude Veettile Adhithikal’. This will be followed by ‘Mylanchi Monjulla Veedu’ and will start with Ranjith movie after these.
