‘Qalb' based on Sufi stages of love

The basic thread of actor Shane Nigam’s upcoming film ‘Qalb’ revolves around the concept of “Sufi stages of love”. Revealing this, the film’s director Sajid Yahia said the film is all about relationships.

According to him, the film is about different kinds of love - between a dad and son, lovers and friends.

The movie will see Shane playing an Anglo-Indian youth based in Alappuzha. Actor Siddique will essay the father of Shane’s character in the film. Yahia had previously directed ‘IDI’ and ‘Mohanlal’.
