Producer Shafeer Sait passes away

Malayalam film producer and production controller Shafeer Sait passed away at a private hospital at Kodungallur. Sait, aged 44, died of cardiac arrest on Tuesday early morning.

He is survived by two children and wife Aisha. The funeral will be held at 4.30pm on Tuesday at Cheraman Juma Masjid, Kodungallur. He was with his family on the sets of ‘Porinchu Mariyam Jose’, directed by Joshiy till last midnight.

Sait, who has acted in a few films, has produced movies including ‘Chapters’, and ‘Onnum Mindaathe’. He was also a production controller of many movies. Sait will be seen in a cameo role in the upcoming film ‘Mera Naam Shaji’, directed by Nadirshah. Click the Movie button below for more info:
