Producer Naushad dies

Film producer and noted cook Naushad died at a hospital in Thiruvalla on Friday. He was 55. He had been admitted to hospital due to illness. His wife passed away two weeks ago.

Naushad has produced films such as 'Spanish Masala', 'Best Actor', 'Lion', 'Kazhcha' and 'Payyans'. He has presented cookery shows in various television channels.

Naushad is survived by a daughter.
