Prithviraj announces '9' release date

Actor Prithviraj announced the release date of his upcoming film ‘9’, written and directed by debutant Jenuse Mohamed. The actor took to his Facebook page to reveal the release date. According to his post, ‘9’ is set to hit the screens on November 16. Prithvi appears as a scientist in this film, which also features Prakash Raj, Wamiqa Gabbi, Mamta Mohandas, Alok, Parvathy and Nithya Menon among others.

This science fiction movie is the maiden venture of Sony Pictures International Productions in Malayalam along with Prithviraj Productions. Abinandhan Ramanujam cranks the camera.

Shaan Rahman handles music while Sekhar Menon scores BGM. Sameera Saneesh is the costume designer of the movie. Jenuse Mohamed, who is the son of veteran filmmaker Kamal, made his directorial debut in the film ‘100 Days of Love.’
