Parineeti Chopra to don Malar in Telugu 'Premam'

The Malayalam blockbuster film ‘Premam’ directed by Alphonse Putharen is getting ready to be remade in Telugu.

Nagarjuna’s son Naga Chaitanya does the lead role played by Nivin Pauly in the movie. Reports say that Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra is considered to do the character of Malar.

Sai Pallavi had done the role of Malar in Malayalam. Bollywood actress Disha Patani will play the character of Celine. Anupama from the original is most likely to reprise her role of Mary in the Telugu version.

The Telugu version will be directed by Chandoo Mondeti. The movie is produced by S Radhakrishna under the banner of Haarika and Hassine Creations.

The original film written and directed by Alphonse Putharen features Nivin Pauly, Anupama Parameswaran, Sai Pallavi, and Madonna Sebastian in the lead roles.
