‘Otta' release announced

‘Otta,’ which marks the directorial debut of Oscar-winning sound designer Resul Pookutty, has got a release date now. It is slated for release on October 27.

The film, presented by Children Reunited LLP and Resul Pookutty Productions, is produced by Hariharan S. The movie features Indrajith Sukumaran and Asif Ali in lead roles with both of them playing the characters Raju and Hari respectively. Besides, Tamil actors Satyaraj and Appukutty are also part of this big budget flick. It also stars Indrans, Rohini, Jalaja, Mamta Mohandas, Sudhir Karamana, Adil Hussain, Divya Dutta, Arjun Ashokan, Devi Nair and Kannada actress Bhavana.

Scripted by Kiran Prabhakar, the film’s cinematography is handled by Arun Varma. Rafeeq Ahamed and Vairamuthu have written the lyrics and M Jayachandran has scored music.

The story of the film is inspired by the life of Hariharan S, author of ‘Runaway Children’. The cast includes Arjun Ashokan and Rohini among others. Click the Movie button below for more info:
