One more woman director in Malayalam

Malayalam industry has only very few women directors. One more woman is being added to this list - Preethy Panicker.

Preethy Panicker’s debut movie ‘Thilothama’ features Rachana Narayankkutty in the lead role as a club dancer. The director confirms that the movie will be a comedy suspense thriller.

The story, script, and dialogues of ‘Thilothama’ are penned by Preethy herself. Manoj K Jayan, Siddique, Nandu, Sajitha Madathil, and Sona Nair do the other important roles. The film is produced by Gokulam Gopalan.
