Onam releases

Malayalam cinema celebrates this Onam with a number of releases from almost all the stars of the industry. The industry is all set to line up a number of star studded films in the theatres during this festive season.

Peruchazhi

The celebrations have started with Mohanlal’s ‘Peruchazhi’ already in the theatres. The movie had a worldwide release and is running into packed houses.

Rajadhiraja

Mammootty’s ‘Rajadhiraja’ is expected to be a mass entertainer, directed by debutante Ajav Vasudev. The script is penned by Udaykrishna and Siby K Thomas. The film is produced by M K Nassar and Stanly C S under the banner of Goodline Productions.

Rajadi Raja

Villaliveeran

‘Villaliveeran’ slated to be released on the 5th of September is a typical Dileep movie with comedy, romance, and dance. This laugh riot is directed by debutante Sudheesh Sankar.

Sapthama Shree Thaskaraha

‘Sapthama Shree Thaskaraha’ starring Prithviraj, Asif Ali, Nedumudi Venu, Neeraj Madhav, Sudheer Karamana, Salam Bhukhari, and Chemban Vinod as seven good thieves will reach the cinemas on September 6.

This is National Award winner Anil Radhakrishna Menon’s second movie. The movie is produced by Santhosh Sivan, Shaji Nadesan and Prithviraj under the banner of August Cinemas.

Bhaiyya Bhaiyya

The hit team Kunchacko Boban and Biju Menon are again joining after a short hiatus for another comedy entertainer titled ‘Bhaiyya Bhaiyya’. The movie written by Benny P Nayarambalam and directed by Johny Antony will be released on September 5.

Innocent, Suraj Venjaramoodu and Salim Kumar also join the team to make the movie a complete comedy caper. Nisha Aggarwal and Vinutha Lal are the heroines.
