Vineeth Kumar plays hero again

Cochin, June.22 (NR): Vineeth Kumar, who began as a child artist and later graduated into a hero, however failed to register any solo hits.

The brown-eyed guy who was liked much for his role in 'Devadoothan' and who played the hero in some low-profile films like 'Kanmashi', 'Melvilaasam Shariyaanu', 'Kottaram Vaidyan' etc, has not been seen for some time.

Vineeth Kumar now makes a comeback as a hero with 'Puli', directed by debutant P.R. John Ditto. Meera Vasudev plays heroine to Vineeth in this film, which is produced under the banner of Shanghupushpam Films. Vineeth by the way is awaiting the release of two other films that he had done recently - the Tamil movie 'Kuthirai' and the offbeat Malayalam film 'Sufi Paranja Katha'.
