Veeralipattu becomes Nagercoil!

Veeralipattu, the Prithviraj-Padmapriya starrer directed by Kukku Surendran, is all set to go to Kollywood. The Tamil dubbed version of this film will be titled Nagercoil.

The film, which is the second directorial venture of Kukku Surendran (his first being Oraal), speaks about the conflict between traditions and an individual.

Scripted by Ashok and Sasi, the film had stars like Jagathy Sreekumar, Murali, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Sreejith Ravi, Indrans etc and features cinematography by Manoj Pillai. Though marked by good performances and a good subject, Veeralipattu had made no impact at the box office.
