The Crusaders are back!.

Remember the four spirited youths who took up arms and waged an uncompromising battle against corruption in Jayaraj's phenomenal film For the People? Well, they are back, the young crusaders, who fought tooth and nail not just for themselves, but for everyone else around them. Director Jayaraj brings them together again, minus Bharath, who was not there in the second part of the trilogy either – the disastrous By the People which had bombed at the box office earlier.

Of the People is the third film in the series. To be produced by Jayaraj himself under the banner of New Generation Cinema, Of the People will have new face Anjali as the heroine. The film is being scripted by Sreekumar Sreyas, and will feature cinematography by Tanu Balak and art-direction by Pradeep Padmanabhan. Songs penned by Kaithapram will be set to tune by Vinu Thomas. Of the People, shooting of which has already commenced, is likely to be released by November end or early December. It remains to be seen whether Of the People will repeat the success of For the People, or be another disaster like By the People. Any ways, here's wishing Jayaraj the best!
