Shreya Sharan to play the female lead in 'Pokkiri Raja'

Cochin, Dec.3 (NR): Ravishing actress Shreya Sharan who had rocked Tamil filmdom with her sizzler act, is all set to do a film in Mollywood now.

She might very well be the heroine in 'Pokkiri Raja', to be directed by debutante Vaishakh.

'Pokkiri Raja' marks the coming together of Mammootty and Prithviraj. Shreya, who was apparently impressed by the script had given the nod to the film.

Shreya had had enough and more experience of being cast opposite Super Stars, like Rajnikanth, Vikram, Sarath Kumar and Vijay.

Though Meera Jasmine was earlier considered for the role, Shreya has finally bagged the much coveted role. With Shreya joining the cast of 'Pokkiri Raja', Vaishakh's film turns out to be one of the most eagerly anticipated films next year.
