Revathy Kalamandir to go ahead with more remakes

Cochin, July.1 (NR): With both their films - 'Neelathamara' and 'Rathinirvedam' - becoming super hits, Revathy Kalamandir has decided to go ahead with more remakes.

Of these, the first film would be the remake of the Bharathan - Padmarajan classic film 'Thakara'. Thakara starred Nedumudi Venu and Surekha in the lead roles.

The second film is 'Itha Ivide Vare' that was directed by I V Sasi. This film starred Jayabharathi and Soman in the lead roles.

The remake of 'Itha Ivide Vare' would be directed by I V Sasi himself. It has not yet been decided as to who will direct the remake of 'Thakara'. Click the Movie button below for more info:
