Proud to serve the country as an actor and a soldier: Mohanlal

Kannur, Mar.27 (NR): Megastar Mohanlal expressed his pride at being able to serve his country, both as an actor and as a soldier.

Mohanlal was speaking at a press conference after a three day training at the Kannur battalion of the Territorial Army.

"I see my Liuetnant Colonel post as an opportunity to understand as to how the Army functions, and to let others know more about it. The Territorial Army would be called into action in the event of a disaster. This is why common men are given army training," Mohanlal said.

The Megastar also said that more youngsters need to join the army. Mohanlal would be undergoing more training in the months to come. Click the Movie button below for more info:
