Perumal has Pranchiyettan's softness: Shaji Kailas

Cochin, Feb.9 (NR): Director Shaji Kailas who is ready with his new film 'August 15' has made a surprising revelation.

Shaji says that of the films that he has recently watched, the one that has influenced him most is Ranjith's 'Pracnhiyettan and the Saint'.

Not only that, Shaji says that the softness of Pranchiyettan has had an impact on the portrayal of Perumal. He further explains that Perumal is much more mature today than he was a couple of decades back in 'August 1'.
