Meera Nandan is Kollywood bound

After Meera Jasmine, here comes another Meera from Mollywood to join the race to rule the Kollywood tinseldom. Meera Nandan, who recently made her debut in films with the Lal Jose-directed Malayalam film Mulla, is all set to make her bid at conquering hearts in Kollywood too.

Meera, who had a stint as a television anchor and had also sung in four music albums including one in Tamil named Esha, marks her beginning in Tamil with Vaalmigi, directed by Anandha Narayanan and produced under the banner of Vikatan Talkies.

Meera Nandan, who is being paired in Vaalmigi opposite Kaloori fame Akhil, is delighted to work with the huge banner in her debut Tamil film, and is readying herself to get adapted to shooting schedules here. Let's hope that this 17-year old Kerala girl makes it big in Kollywood, much like her predecessors Nayanthara, Meera Jasmine, Asin, Bhavana and Jothirmayi. All the best, Meera!
