Jayaraj's 'Nayika' to have 'Kasthuri Manakkunnallo' song again

Cochin, June.13 (NR): Hit song gems of the 70's and 50's being remixed for new films is nothing new. Recently we had seen songs like 'Alliyambal Kadavil' and 'Kalyana Prayathil' being remixed.

Now, the evergreen hit song 'Kasthuri Manakkunnallo' would be used again for the film 'Nayika' being directed by Jayaraj. Arjunan Master had composed the original song. The musical score of the new film would also be composed by Arjunan Master. Lyrics would be written by Sreekumaran Thampi.

The song was shot on the scenic locales of Munnar recently. Jayaram appears on the scene dressed in clothes that were in vogue during the 70's. Padmapriya also took part in the shooting.

Sarada would play the titled role in the film. Madhu, Jagathy, Siddiq, Saikumar, Mamta and Sabitha Jayaraj would support. Click the Movie button below for more info:
