'Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol' to Telugu

Mohanlal’s ‘Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol’ is running to packed houses. The film released on January 20th grossed around Rs 12 crores during the first three days.

The movie will be remade in Telugu. It is Telugu superstar Venkatesh who has expressed his interest to remake the movie. Earlier when Mohanlal’s ‘Drishyam’ was remade in Telugu, Venkatesh played the lead role.

‘Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol’ is directed by Jibu Jacob and produced by Sophia Paul under the banner of Weekend Blockbusters. Meena plays Mohanlal’s heroine.
