Muhammed Mustafa's next titled ‘Mura'

Actor-director Muhammed Mustafa’s next directorial has been titled ‘Mura’. The filming for the movie is currently going on in Thiruvananthapuram. The award winning actor-director’s maiden film as director was ‘Kappela’ (2020).

‘Mura’ stars Suraj Venjaramoodu, Mala Parvathy, Hridhu Haroon, Kani Kusruti and Kannan Nayar, Anujith Kannan, Yedhu Krishna, Vigneshwar Suresh, Krish Hassan and Siby Joseph among others. The film, produced by Riya Shibu under the banner of HR Pictures, is written by Suresh Babu, who scripted popular television soap 'Uppum Mulakum.'

Fazil Nassar is the cinematographer while Chaman Chakko is the editor. Music for the film is scored by Midhun Mukundan. The film has locations including Tenkasi, Madurai and Bengaluru. New faces will have crucial roles in the movie.

Mustafa, who started off as an actor in 2005, has acted in several films. In 2015, he won a Special Mention in the National Film Awards for his performance in the film 'Ain'.
