A young doctor falls in love with a cute village girl. They get engaged. Later the doctor accompanied by his fiancee travel to Russia to attend a medical conference. There the young doctor gets trapped. How the two escape is the story narrated thrillingly. With Jeeva's amazing visuals Russia is shown in all its splendor and beauty.

The music audio of the film was launched in Chennai on April 19 (Friday). The film is slated for release next month.

Well-known cinematographer and director Jeeva (43) died of heart attack in Moscow on June 26 last year while shooting for "Dhaam Dhoom" starring Jayaram Ravi and Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut in the lead.

"Dhaam Dhoom" is Jeeva's first ever action film made in his "own style with sophistication". He had begun the project with great passion and unfortunately could not finish it.

Cameraman Rajasekhar, who has worked with Jeeva, and second unit director G.K. Manikandan, who worked with Jeeva from his very beginning, has finished the project as was visualized by the ace cameraman-director, according to producers Murali Manohar and Sunanda and executive producer Jayakumar.

The shooting took place for nearly 40 days in and around Russia and each location was totally fascinating, they said.

A happy Jayam Ravi says, for him "Dhaam Dhoom" is a beautiful film with all the elements needed for a box office success.

Besides Kangana Ranaut and Lakshmi Rai, A Russian girl has also acted in the film.

Three stunt masters, Chris Anderson from Australia, Kanal Kannan and Thiagarajan have worked for the film. Costumes have been designed by Jeeva's wife Aneez. S. Ramakrishnan has penned the dialogues.

The film has raised great expectations in the industry as it is late Jeeva's first action flick. He started his film career as a camera assistant. Later, he worked with director Shankar and also in Bollywood as cinematographer. He turned director with "12B" and "Ullam Ketkume". His last film was "Unnale Unnale" which was a hit.
