Manju Warier to do the title role in 'Jo and the Boy'

After Aashiq Abu’s ‘Rani Padmini’, Manju Warier is now shooting for the film ‘Jo and the Boy’. Manju Warier does the title role in the film.

The movie is directed by ‘Philips and the Monkey Pen’ fame Rojin Thomas. Manju Warier is said to do the role of a 20 year old girl named Jo.

Sanoop Santhosh does the other main role. Lalu Alex, Sudheer Karamana, and Pearle Maaney also do prominent roles.

Kodaikanal and Ladakh are the main locations. Neil D’ Cunha is the cameraman and Rahul Subrahmanian is the music director. The storyline and the rest of the cast and crew are not revealed.

Manju Warier’s ‘Rani Padmini’ is expected to hit theaters in October. After ‘Jo and the Boy’, she will join the sets of Rajesh Pillai’s psycho-thriller opposite Kunchacko Boban.
