Mammootty's 'The Great Father' release postponed

The release date of Mammootty-starrer ‘The Great Father’ is postponed. Earlier the movie was scheduled to be released for Christmas.

The movie will be released on 27th January 2017. The date was postponed due to some technical reasons. The news was officially announced by August Cinema.

‘The Great Father’ is an action thriller directed by debutant Haneef Adeni. Mammootty does the character named David Naina. Sneha plays Mammootty’s heroine. Her character is named Michelle David.

Arya also does a significant role. Shyam, Malavika, I M Vijayan, Baby Anikha, and Manikantan play the other major roles. ‘The Great Father’ is produced by Prithviraj, Santhosh Sivan, Shaji Nadesan, and Arya under the banner of August Cinema.
