The shooting of the psycho-thriller ‘Ma Chu Ka’ is in progress. This is the debut directorial venture of Jayan Vannery.
Janani Iyer does Nivedita Haran, a journalist. Prathap Pothen and Tamil actor Pasupathy also do prominent roles.
The movie narrates the incidents that happen in the life of two individuals with the intrusion of a third person. 'Ma Chu Ka' is a bilingual movie in Malayalam and Tamil.
'Ma Chu Ka' is the short form of Manja, Chuvappu, Karuppu. The title means deep pain in the Brazilian language.
