'Loham' started rolling

Mohanlal-Ranjith movie ‘Loham: The Yellow Metal’ has started its shoot in Kozhikode. South Indian actress Andrea Jeremiah is Mohanlal’s heroine in this film.

‘Loham’ is an action thriller in which Mohanlal will be seen in a different look. ‘Loham’ will be Mohanlal’s comeback movie as an action hero after a break.

The script is penned by Ranjith himself. The movie is said to be a commercial entertainer which revolves around the gold smuggling business in Kerala.

‘Loham’ is produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Ashirvad Cinemas. Kozhikode, Kochi, and Dubai are the main locations.

Director V K Prakash, Siddique, Tini Tom, Joju, Ajmal Ameer, and Harish Peradi also do prominent roles.

Sreevalsan J Menon handles the music department. Kunjunni S Kumar, son of cinematographer S Kumar, is the cinematographer.

Ranjith and Mohanlal had last joined for the social drama ‘Spirit’.
