‘Kukkiliyar’ is directed by Nemam Pushparaj and scripted by Madambu Kunjikkuttan. The movie is produced by Premji under the banner of Vishnu Creations.
The cast also includes Madhu, Vijayaraghavan, Maniyanpilla Raju, Mala Aravindhan, Sudheesh, Indrans, Ullas Panthalam, Seena, and Kaviyoor Ponnamma.
M J Radhakrishnan wields camera for the film. The lines by S Ramesan Nair and Sasikala Menon are composed by M Jayachandran.
