Jayasurya on biopic spree

Actor Jayasurya has signed his third biopic in his career and this time he will essay ‘Metro Man’ E. Sreedharan on the silver screen. Sreedharan is credited for changing the face of public transport in India with his leadership in building the Konkan Railway and the Delhi Metro.

The film is titled ‘Ramasethu’, which has the tagline “A Bridge between God and Society”. Jayasurya announced the news through his Facebook page on Tuesday.

“Proudly I Am Preseting My new venture, My Dream...Lucky to Play Living Legend Sir...E Sreedharan,” he posted.

Directed by V.K. Prakash, the movie is produced by Arun Narayan under his recently launched production house Arun Narayan Productions. The script is written by S Sureshbabu while Ravi. K. Chandran has been roped in for cinematography.

Meanwhile, Jayasurya will be playing legendary actor Sathyan in his biopic. Other details about ‘Ramasethu’ are under wraps.
