‘Akaldamayile Pennu’, the debut directorial venture of Jairam Kailas is releasing tomorrow. Malavika Nair, who won the Kerala State Award for the Best Child Artist two times, does the lead role in this film.
Swetha Menon and Vineeth also do prominent roles. The movie is different from the usual commercial films. The movie attempts to portray the struggles and tribulations of women in the past and present.
Sudheer Karamana, Jaffer Idukki, Koottikkal Jayachandran, Shaju Sreedhar, Rajesh Hebbar, Chali Pala, Sreejith, Baby Sradha also include the cast.
The story is written by Sinoj Nedumgolam. Alphons Joseph is the music director. The camera is handled by Venugopal.
