Actor Vishnu Vinay to tie the knot

Actor Vishnu Vinay, son of director Vinayan and Neena, is getting married on January 19. Vidhu Sreedharan, who is a dentist and the daughter of Remani and Sreedharan hailing from Ottappalam, is his bride.

The ‘Thaalikettu’ ceremony will take place at Kulappully Sreekrishna Temple, Kulappully, Sreekrishna Nagar, Palakkad between 8.30 am and 8.45 am. The wedding ceremony will be held at The River Retreat Heritage Ayurvedic Resort, Cheruthuruthy, Thrissur from 11.30 am to 11.50 am.

The reception has been scheduled at Le Meridien Convention Centre, Kochi from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm on January 20.

Before becoming an actor, Vishnu was the scriptwriter of the film ‘Hareendran Oru Nishkalankan,’ directed by Vinayan.

An engineering graduate from CUSAT, Kochi, Vishnu was also the assistant director of the film ‘Black Forest’. He had acted in films like ‘Iyobinte Pusthakam’ and ‘Lord Livingstone 7000 Kandi’ before becoming a hero in the film ‘History of Joy’, helmed by Vishnu Govind. The actor was last seen in the film ‘Oru Caribbean Udayippu’.
