Abhirami back to films

After a long hiatus Abhirami is making a comeback to the film fraternity. She will be acting in ‘Appothikkiri’ which stars Suresh Gopi in the lead role.

Abhirami who began her career as a TV anchor, made her debut in films through a small role in ‘Pathram’ in 1999. Later she acted in various Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada films.

‘Appothikkiri’ is directed by Madhav Ramadasan and casts Jayasurya and Asif Ali along with Suresh Gopi. Dr Baby Mathew and Dr George Mathew produce 'Appothikkiri' under the banner of Arambankudiyil Cinemas.

Abhirami is now settled in the US with her family.
