Harris Jayaraj stays on top

Chennai, Nov 19 (IANS) Although Diwali release "Sivakasi" is a big hit, yet the album topping the charts is "Ghajini". Music is by none other than Harris Jayaraj, who is back on top.

The top five albums are:

1. "Ghajini" (Music: Harris Jayaraj): When music buffs found that there was no zing in the music of "Sivakasi" or "Majaa", songs from "Ghajini" were back at top. They are still a rage all over Tamil Nadu.

2. "Sivakasi" (Music: Srikanth Deva): Shankar Mahdevan's "Vaada Vaada", a typical Vijay song, is a hot number. But on the whole the album is a letdown.

3. "Majaa" (Music: Vidyasagar): Vidyasagar's "Majaa" is an okay album. The song "Che Che" is a hit now mainly because of the song picturisation on Asin and Vikram.

4. "Kanda Naal Muthal" (Music Yuvan Shankar Raja): The young man is back. By the time the film releases Nov 25, the album is expected to climb the charts.

5. "Mazhai" (Music Devisri Prasad): There is nothing much to write about the average compositions of Devisri Prasad. But the album is slotted at the fifth position.
