18 Vayasu Tamil Movie

Panneerselvam, who shot to fame with his directorial debut, Renigunta, claims that his upcoming 18 Vayasu will have an entirely new concept. It is believed to be about a mentally unstable youngster, who falls in love. Be it happiness or anger, he has a unique way of expressing it. Whenever he is depressed, he takes on the behaviour of an animal that he sights at first.

It recently cleared the censors with a U/A certificate and is most likely to release on 17th, the coming Friday. Producer S S Chakravarthy is looking to screen it on as many screens as possible, in spite of the fact that there are already so many releases in queue for the long Independence Day - Ramzan weekend.

S S Chakravarthy's son, Johnny plays the lead hero and Gayathri his love interest. Charles Bosco and Dinesh Kanagaratnam have worked on the music in the film, Shakthi with the camerawork and Anthony with the editing.
