PLOT:

Controversy's child makes an appearance on the big screen and you will find yourself involved with the characters. The storytelling is so good, you will want the good guys to win. You will take sides. You will despair at the bad guys. You will love the characters, hate them, and just be plain horrified and disturbed by them, but you will not come away untouched.

Real issue which is of great concern in the country, Udta Punjab depicts the life of four people from different backgrounds. More than the characters the movie portrays how drug affects each individual in some way or the other. The movie has all emotions that one looks for; it makes you laugh, cry and can even make you high! A very thought provoking movie on an alarming issue of the present. Amidst all controversies Udta Punjab has managed to strike a chord with the audience.
