Dhanayathra Malayalam Movie

‘Dhanayathra’ narrates the story of Vijila (Swetha Menon) who has to fight with adverse circumstances and is forced to face many tragic moments in her life.

The family’s burden is on Vijila’s shoulder when her father dies leaving behind only debts. She works as a nursery school teacher and as an LIC agent to look after her mother and send her younger sisters to school. She even forgets to live for herself.

At a tough time in her life, she accepts the helping hand of the business tycoon Devarajan (Riyaz Khan). He supports her financially and even makes her the manager of his company. But later Vijila recognizes his true intentions. The following journey which Vijila makes to earn “dhanam” (money) is plotted in ‘Dhanayathra’.
