‘Pavada’ is a family entertainer directed by G Marthandan and produced by Maniyanpilla Raju. The story is written by Bipin Chandran and Shibin Francis.
Prithviraj plays Joy a young man who leads a carefree life without any aims or responsibilities in his life. Joy acquaintance Babu Joseph (Anoop Menon), an English professor, and they reminiscence some seemingly forgotten memories.
This flash of events from the past provides Joy some insights and makes him a responsible man. The movie is set in a middleclass agricultural village.
Mia and Asha Sarath are the heroines. Nedumudi Venu and Maniyanpilla Raju also do prominent roles. The film also features Siddique, Renji Panicker, Kalabhavan Shajon, Sudheer Karamana, Chemban Vinod, Kunjan, Manikkuttan, Kalabhavan Haneef, and Chali Pala.
Pradeep Nair is the cinematographer.
