'Karuppu Raja Vella Raja is not about colors', Prabhu Deva

Prabhu Deva returns to direct in Tamil after six years, with Karuppu Raja Vella Raja (KRVR), featuring Vishal, Karthi and Sayyeshaa of Vanamagan fame. The film was launched recently with a press meet. Prabhu Deva clarifies that his film is not about colors. He explains, “Karuppu Raja Vella Raja is not about the colour, but a war between ahimsa (non-violence) and himsa (violence),”

When Karthi spoke, he said, “For two heroes to join hands for a film, they have to be good friends. Though I didn’t know Vishal well before, it was during the Nadigar Sangam elections that we became close. My character in KRVR is humour based and Vishal has a different shade.”

Vishal on his part mentioned that the film is going to be a memorable one. He added, “This is my second film with Prabhu Deva. He knows how to get the best out of me. It’s about two friends with contrasting characters, something like Sholay, not in terms of content, but because of its high-entertaining quotient”. Click the Movie button below for more info:
