Writers Siddharth, Garima to make directorial debut

Scenarists Siddharth and Garima of 'Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela' fame are set to make their directorial debut with the film 'Dukaan.' The trailer of the film was launched on February 28 by director Sandeep Reddy Vanga, whose last film was 'Animal.'

Set in Gujarat, the film, which is said to be based on true events, will be released on April 5. It is all about the emotional roller-coaster ride of a surrogate mother. The movie stars Monika Panwar, Sikander Kher, Soham Majumdar and Monali Thakur among others.

Siddharth and Garima are also known for writing the romantic fantasy film, 'Raabta', starring Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon. Siddharth was the writer of the Akshay Kumar-starrer 'Toilet-Ek Prem Katha'. Click the Movie button below for more info:
