We don't make films on current trends but think ahead: Neha Dhupia

Mumbai: Actress Neha Dhupia, who is busy promoting her film "Moh Maya Money", is all excited at its coming release as it depicts the current situation of the country, though its story was written one year ago.

"It is very relevant in current time. But when we make films, we don't make them keeping current trends in mind. We always think ahead, especially when it comes to writing the story, at least a year ahead, what's going to happen then. But this time little did we knew that our director would turn out to such a know-it-all, who could predict the smog and currency issue," said Neha in a media interaction on Thursday.

Delhi spent days under a shroud of smog and Prime Minister Narendra Modi demonetising Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes to fight corruption, just played perfectly well for the movie.

"Based on a middle-class couple and corruption, it's a story of Delhi-based husband and wife and how they can be corrupted in different ways as corruption is quite a broad term. Not just limited to material and money, it can also be about values. I think it is quite relevant film in current times," said co-star Ranvir Shorey. Click the Movie button below for more info:
