Vishnu Vishal on his production venture Velainu Vandhutta Vellaikaaran

Vishnu Vishal made his Tamil acting debut through Vennila Kabbadi Kuzhu and has been a part of interesting films like Kullanari Koottam, Drohi, Neerparavai and Mundasupatti to name some. He is turning producer with a film titled Velainu Vandhutta Vellaikkaran which is directed by Ezhil.

Vishnu tells what made him produce this story. “I really liked the script and signed up to act in it, but there came a time when the film faced a production delay. Director Ezhil wondered if he should pitch the idea somewhere else, but I really wanted to be a part of this film, and decided to produce it. Ezhil sir is the line producer”

About the title, Vishnu explains, “When you travel in the villages, they refer to someone who works very efficiently as ‘velainu vandhutta vellaikaaran’. But, my character is the opposite, who manages to ruin everything he’s asked to do. It seemed apt”. He is also supported by Soori and Robo Shankar in this venture.
