Vikranth to play a baddie in Gethu

Vikranth who was seen in Vishal’s Pandia Nadu will be playing the character of villain in Udhayanidhi’s Gethu directed by Thirukumaran where Amy Jackson is the heroine and Karunakaran plays an important role.

Vikranth says that he plays the role of a special officer with Indian Navy and that he has put on lots of weight for his role in the film.

He also owes his thanks to Udhayanidhi and states that it was wonderful working with the team. The team reportedly shot a scene in Kodaikanal where he shared screen space with Sathyaraj. He adds, “Udhayanidhi strongly believed that I will suit for the role. Also, both the director, Thirukumaran and the cinematographer, Sukumar, took all efforts to shape my character well."
