Vijay's Kaththi's collection reports

Vijay’s Kaththi released on the Diwali day to a thunderous opening all over the world. His fans thronged the theatres with so much of excitement and the film directed by A R Murugadoss has been liked by the audience.

The opening day collections of the film are said to be massive that has broken all the previous records. In Tamil Nadu Kaththi has made a gross collection of 12.5 crores, while in the neighboring Kerala, it is 2.25 crores and in Karnataka it is 2 crores.

The film is also said to have gained the tax exemption benefits. When a film is accorded, U certificate, it will also enjoy the entertainment tax rebate given by the government. Kaththi has got the U certification and has reaped this benefit too. With an extended festive weekend and the positive word of mouth, Kaththi is definite to rock the box office.
